Candidate Representation Terms
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These terms describe what happens when you ask Keevaath LLC to represent you to an employer. They are written plainly so that you know exactly what you are agreeing to. If anything here is unclear, write to us at careers@keevaath.com before you agree.
What representation means
When you register with us and agree to these terms, you are giving Keevaath the opportunity to present your candidature to employers for roles that fit your background and your stated goals. We will not submit you to any employer without first telling you which employer and which role, and receiving your agreement for that specific submission.
Exclusivity, and what it does not cover
Exclusivity applies to the specific role and employer we submit you for. Once you have agreed to a submission, you are asking us to be the party that represents you for that role. This protects both of us, because duplicate submissions of the same candidate through different channels routinely disqualify strong applicants.
Exclusivity does not restrict your wider job search. You remain free to apply directly to other employers, to work with other agencies on other roles, and to pursue any opportunity we are not representing you for. We are not asking for a claim on your career.
Telling us about deviations
You agree to tell us promptly if something changes that affects a submission we are handling. In practice this means letting us know if you have already applied directly to the same employer, if another agency has submitted you or intends to for the same role, if you have accepted another offer, or if you wish to withdraw from a process.
Prompt means as soon as you reasonably can, and in any case before an interview or offer stage is reached. This matters because an undisclosed duplicate submission can cost you the role and damage the relationship we hold with the employer.
What we commit to in return
We will tell you which employer and role we propose before we submit you. We will not share your details with any employer or third party outside of a submission you have agreed to. We will give you honest feedback on where you stand rather than encouragement that is not warranted. We will tell you when a process has ended, including when the answer is no.
How long this lasts, and how to withdraw
Representation for a given role runs until that process concludes, or until you withdraw, whichever comes first. You may withdraw from any submission, or ask us to stop representing you altogether, at any time and without giving a reason. Write to careers@keevaath.com and we will confirm in writing.
Your information
The resume and details you send us are handled in line with our privacy policy. We keep them so that we can match you to roles, and we remove them on request.
No guarantee of placement
Agreeing to these terms does not guarantee that we will submit you for any role, that an employer will interview you, or that a placement will result. It means that when we do represent you, both sides know the basis on which it is happening.
Questions
Write to careers@keevaath.com. We would rather answer a question before you agree than resolve a misunderstanding afterwards.
