This page explains what Keevaath LLC owns, how our brand and materials may and may not be used, and how to request permission. It applies to this website and to the materials we produce.
What we own
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site is the property of Keevaath LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes the text, design, layout, graphics, images, and the arrangement of them, as well as the materials we produce in the course of our work.
Our brand
The name Keevaath, the Keevaath logo and mark, and the visual identity of this site are trademarks and brand assets of Keevaath LLC. You may not use them to represent your own business, to imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist, or in any way that could cause confusion about who is behind a product or service.
Our methods and frameworks
Keevaath uses named methods and frameworks in its work, including the way we describe how we run engagements. The names, structure, and descriptions of these methods are the property of Keevaath LLC. You are welcome to read about them here and to discuss them with us. You may not copy them, present them as your own, or use them commercially without our permission.
How you may use this site
You may view this site, and you may share links to it. You may quote small portions with clear attribution to Keevaath. Beyond that, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse the content or design without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
Content you send us
When you send us content through our forms or by email, such as a resume, a job description, or a message, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, for example to represent you for a role or to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever you send.
Third-party names
Other company names, product names, and logos that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. Where we name a platform we work with, or a company where we have placed talent, we do so to describe our experience accurately. This does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond what is stated.

To request permission to use anything on this site, or to report a use of our brand or materials that concerns you, contact us at info@keevaath.com. We take the protection of our brand and the rights of others seriously, and we will respond promptly.
